Terms & Conditions 

GAYM Entertainment Pty. Ltd. (“the Supplier”) is an Australian Business. By confirming your booking with the Supplier, you accept the following terms and conditions.

Events & Tickets 

• Entry into events:
• All events are 18+
• ID Scanners may be in use. Valid Proof of Age ID is required upon entry – driver’s Licence, Proof of Age Card, Passport or NSW Digital ID.
  Screenshots, photos & scans will not be accepted.
• NSW RSA Standards apply at all times.

• Featured Performers/Entertainment:
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all advertised performances and entertainment occur, the Supplier reserves the right to change the published line-up of performers and/or entertainment without notification to you: this includes but is not limited to; featured performers and any other type of attraction or form of entertainment featured in the Supplier’s promotional materials.
  You agree that all tickets are solely sold and purchased for the experience of the event(s) and not for the purpose of being entertained by a featured performer or a promoted form of entertainment.
• GAYM Entertainment and Venue House Policy applies at all time
• Venue staff & GAYM Entertainment reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons from the venue
• All ticket sales are final, with no refunds, with the exception of event cancellation.
• Your ticket name must match you identification
• Name changes are available via the issuing ticket partner. Fees may apply.
• GAYM Entertainment is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft that occurs at the event, including (but not limited to) personal items in the cloakroom or lost property.
• Photos and Videos may be recorded at this event. Your attendance grants permission to be in these photos or videos, which may be used for archival or promotional purposes.
• Strobe lighting, haze machines and pyrotechnics may be used at this event.
• Events may include scare zones and/or jump scares. Participate at your own risk.
• Tickets can be purchased via official ticket partners only.
  Any tickets purchased through a third-party vendor, may not be valid. Tickets made available through third-party vendors may be cancelled at the suppliers’ discretion.
• Pass Outs may be available at some events, please see venue staff for more details. Reentry to the event is subject to capacity.
• Costumes, props or accessories that may cause potential danger to other guests may be confiscated by the venue. This includes fake/prop weapons and can be cloaked upon entry and returned when you leave.
• Inappropriate or offensive costumes may result in refusal of entry and/or removal from the event.

Accommodation

• Pricing

• Fares promoted are packaged based on room capacity. 
• Prices quoted are in AUD unless stipulated otherwise.
• Prices are inclusive of GST and taxes where applicable.
• Payments may be subject to a payment-processing surcharge.
• GAYM Entertainment and/or Oxford House reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
• Inclusions:
• 2 nights’ accommodation at Oxford House, 27-29 October 2023 (Friday & Saturday night ONLY) 
• Exclusive access to the Horror House pre-party, 27 October 2023 (at Oxford House), per person.
• Select range of drinks & canapes 
• Entry to the Horrorween Festival Welcome Party, 27 October 2023 (at Universal Superclub), per person.
• General Admission Tickets to Horrorween Festival, 28 October 2023 (at Hordern Pavillion), per person.
• Welcome Gift

• What’s not included:
• Meals and beverages.
• Insurance, including (but not limited to) travel insurance
• Transfers.
• Any additional charges or incidentals occurred by using the Hotel facilities (including, but not limited to Room Service, Dining Facilities, or Damages).
• Any payment processing fees.
• Hotel packages, availability and allocation
• Packages are subject to availability
• Rooms will be pre-allocated, and all care will be taken to accommodate everyone.
• In the event that the hotel is oversold, bookings may be cancelled on a first-come-first-served basis, and an alternate accommodation partner or a full refund may be provided.
• Cancellations:
• All package sales are final, with no refunds, with the exception of event cancellation due to force majeure.
• Changes/Amendment of Bookings
• Once your booking is made, any changes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of check-in.
• Any and all changes are subject to availability
• Any changes will also incur applicable fees and costs as stipulated by our providers. If your requested change is not available, the normal cancellation policy outlined herein applies.
• Baggage
• The Supplier is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of baggage or belonging.
• Matters of Dispute/Limitation of Liability
• Travel is an individual experience, and your preferences and opinions may vary from our own and that of others. Accordingly, you agree that the Supplier is not accountable for your personal satisfaction.
• The Supplier facilitates the direct contractual relationship between you (the customer) and principal suppliers (i.e. accommodation and venue partners). We undertake to perform these services with reasonable skill and care.
• All package bookings are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the specific service providers delivering these services. Those terms and conditions may limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.
• You agree that the Supplier will not be held liable for any loss, damage, claim or liability arising from those acts, defaults or omissions that occur outside of the Supplier’s control or any cause occurring independently of human control.
• Promotions/Website
• All reasonable care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all promotional materials however services offered; package availability; prices and event details may be subject to change on occasion.
  You agree to provide correct contact details to ensure any changes that occur can be passed on to you.
